Vacuum glass units
Vacuum insulated glass (VIG) is a single-chamber hermetic glass unit with a 0.15–0.3 mm chamber with a vacuum space. The degree of high vacuum is 10 ^ (-4) Pa.
- Reduced thermal resistance of VIG12 from 2.193 m2 ºС/W
- Airborne noise insulation index VIG12 = 35(-2;-4) Rw (C; Ctr) dB
VIG has a similar structure to insulating glass: it is a sealed structure consisting of two glass panels. However, VIG differs from ordinary insulating glass in that it creates a 0.3 mm thick vacuum space.
This vacuum space requires special materials for sealing the edges and microscopic support pillars that are resistant to air pressure and ensure the integrity of the entire structure.
In the design of vacuum glass units, there are micro support pillars, each of which consists of 3 to 5 round balls. The function of the micro support pillars is to balance the difference in atmospheric pressure between the inside and outside of the glass, so the positioning design of the pillars is a key point in the production of VIG.
The design also has a 12 mm gutter (Guter) for moisture absorption.
ADVANTAGES:
- Long service life. Service life> 25 years. 15 years warranty.
- Energy savings up to 60%.
- Improving the consumer characteristics of premises.
- Reduced installation time and costs.
- Increases the value of real estate.
- Fast payback.
- Contribution to the reduction of carbon dioxide emissions.
- Low temperature edge sealing - The edge seal is treated with low temperature metal to avoid glass annealing and ensure stable quality.
- Fully tempered glass>90Mpa, high strength. Tempered vacuum glass, high and uniform strength. Protect your property and body.
- No condensation. The room temperature on the inner surface of the VIG prevents condensation.
- Stability of performance. The performance of the VIG is not affected by the installation angle or altitude.
